Product sales
See what sold, how much it brought in and your best sellers for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, for the whole menu or one product.
Under Products you can see how your products sell: the whole menu at the top of the list, and each product on its own page.
The whole menu
- Open Products. Sales sits at the top of the product list.
- Pick 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
- You see Sold (units), Revenue, Orders and, if any, Returned, followed by your best sellers. Tap a name to open that product.
On a phone-sized screen this box is not shown. Open a product to see its own figures.
One product
Open the product. Sales of this product shows the same figures for it alone, plus a line per size if it has sizes. Stock sits in the same box.
When there are no figures
The figures come from the card payment side of your till, handled by Surfboard Payments. The box says why when it cannot show any:
- No store for card payments yet: set it up under Go live.
- Your products reach the card payment side with the next publish, and figures count from then on.
- The figures did not load: press Try again.
