The Orders area: overview, stock and payouts

Orders in the builder's top bar gathers your business in one place, across all your tills.

Overview

Overview shows each till with what it runs: Till, QR menu, Self checkout, Pickup screen and Webshop. You see today's sales split by channel, and how many webshop orders are waiting to pack. To pack them, see Pack and send webshop orders.

Stock

Stock lists the products with Count stock ticked (on the product, under In the webshop).

• Type a new count when you have counted the shelf.
• Type how many came in under Delivery in and press Add for a delivery.

Every paid sale counts down, in the shop and online. At 0 the webshop stops selling the product, and the till keeps selling. If two people buy the last one at the same moment, the count can go below zero. See Stock.

Payouts

Payouts is for owners. Pick the dates, up to 31 days at a time. It puts what was taken by card and online against what Surfboard took and paid out: Paid out, Waiting for payout, Fees, Refunds and Cash (in the drawer).

Each sale gets a row marked Paid out, Waiting, Amount differs, Not at Surfboard or Not in the till, so you can see what does not add up. Download CSV gives you the rows for your bookkeeping. Test sales are left out, since no money moved.

Payouts need the till connected to its own Surfboard account under Go live. Until then only the till's own side shows. See Payouts.
