Sizes and choices

One button on the till can cover a small and a large latte, and ask which milk the guest wants. Sizes pick the price; choices add to it.

Sizes or kinds

Use sizes when the same product comes in versions with different prices: small and large, 33 cl and 50 cl, red and blue.

1. Open the product under Products.
2. Under Sizes or kinds, press Add a size. Name each size and type its price.
3. Use the arrows to change the order. The first size is the Default: it is already chosen when the cashier taps the product.

You type each size's full price. Behind the scenes it is kept as a difference from the product's price, so if you change Price before sizes, every size moves with it.

Sizes are only for products with a fixed price. A product sold by weight or at an open price cannot have sizes.

Choices

Choices are asked after the tap: milk, sides, extra cheese. An option can cost extra.

1. Under Choices, press Add a choice and give it a name, such as "Milk".
2. Add its options with Add an option, and type an extra price where one applies.
3. Pick how many may be chosen:

• Must pick one: the cashier cannot add the product without choosing.
• May pick one: one or none.
• May pick any: as many as they like, or none.
• Own limits: set At least and At most yourself.

On the till

A tap on a product with sizes or choices opens a sheet. The cashier picks a size and the choices, and the button shows the total, for example "Add 52,00 kr". If a choice must be picked, the button waits until it is.

The same sizes and choices appear on the guest menu when guests order from their phones. The On the till preview at the bottom of the product page shows exactly what opens.
